Link has launched a lucky draw with prizes valued over HK$2 million open to all Hong Kong residents who have received two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. This activity aims to echo the Government’s call to remind people about the urgency of vaccination, so that Hong Kong people can get their lives back to normal soon.

1. Who is the organiser of the Lucky Draw?
The Lucky Draw is organised by Link Asset Management Limited (“the Organiser”).
2. Who is eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw?
The Lucky Draw is open to individuals who fulfil all of the following requirements:
(i) Resident of Hong Kong holding a valid Hong Kong Identity Card;
(ii) Having attained the age of 18 at the time of registration for entry to the Lucky Draw; and
(iii) having received two doses* of the COVID-19 vaccine under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme implemented by the Hong Kong SAR Government at the time of registration for entry to the Lucky Draw. Both doses of the respective vaccine must be received in Hong Kong.
*For persons previously infected with COVID-19, they will be eligible after having received one dose of COVID-19 vaccine with the same conditions.
3. I am not a permanent Hong Kong resident, but I am a Hong Kong Identity Card holder – can I still register?
Non-permanent residents of Hong Kong holding a valid Hong Kong Identity Card, including those holding a Hong Kong employment visa, such as domestic helpers, are eligible. At the same time, you must fulfil the other requirements stated in FAQ2
4. My 18th birthday will come after the registration end date – can I still register?
Eligible participants in the Lucky Draw must have attained the age of 18 at the time of registration for entry to the Lucky Draw.
5. I live in Hong Kong, but I received my COVID-19 vaccination outside of Hong Kong – can I still register?
No. Eligible participants in the Lucky Draw must have received their two doses* of the COVID-19 vaccines in Hong Kong under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme implemented by the Hong Kong SAR Government.
*For persons previously infected with COVID-19, they will be eligible after having received one dose of COVID-19 vaccine with the same conditions.
6. Am I eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw if I am an employee of Link Asset Management Limited?
Staff members of Link Asset Management Limited, and their respective subsidiaries, associated and related companies are eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.
7. What are the prizes of the Lucky Draw?

8. How do I register for the Lucky Draw?
To enter the Lucky Draw, eligible participants must register online via https://vaccinationluckydraw.linkhk.com using the registration e-form.
9. When is the registration period?
Registration period is from 1 September to 24 October 2021 11: 59pm (Hong Kong Time). Participants may seek for assistance to register the lucky draw online at Link’s shopping centres’ Customer Service Counter.
10. What information do I need to provide when registering?
To participate in the Lucky Draw, eligible participants must register online using the registration e-form on this website and provide their personal information including (i) English Full Name (same as Hong Kong Identity Card), (ii) Hong Kong mobile phone number. Please refer to the Personal Information Collection Statement. Participants will be disqualified if any personal information provided is inaccurate, incomplete or insufficient.
11. Will I have a bigger chance of winning if I register more than once?
No. Participants will need to register ONCE only. Any duplicated registrations will not be entitled to more entries to the Lucky Draw.
12. Can I change my personal information after registration for the Lucky Draw?
No. Once the registration is submitted, all information cannot be changed.
13. Will my data provided be kept safe?
All personal data collected will be used for the purposes stated in the Personal Information Collection Statement. All relevant personal information will be handled as specified in the “Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance” and the Company’s privacy policy. For details regarding Personal Information Collection Statement and relevant policies, please refer to the Personal Information Collection Statement.
14. When will I know the result of the Lucky Draw?
The result will be announced at https://vaccinationluckydraw.linkhk.com on 29 October 2021, and will be published in The Standard and Sing Tao Daily on 5 November 2021. All winners will be notified individually via SMS to the mobile phone number given at registration after results announcement.
15. What documents are required for prize redemption?
Winners are required to prove their eligibility to the Organiser when redeeming the prize at the designated location within appointed redemption period, including presenting the SMS notification message, their original Hong Kong Identity Card and the original hardcopy and/or electronic record of their COVID-19 vaccination issued by the Department of Health of the Hong Kong Government.
16. Can the winner nominate anyone to receive the prizes?
In the event that a winner cannot collect the prize in person, the winner can authorize a representative to collect it on behalf of the winner by providing (i) his/her original Hong Kong Identity Card, (ii) the authorization letter that’s signed by the winner in person, (iii) a copy of the winner’s Hong Kong Identity Card, and (iv) the copy of the winner’s COVID-19 vaccination record issued by the Department of Health of the Hong Kong SAR Government for verification.
17. What will happen if I fail to collect the Prize within redemption period? Can I request a cash payment or an alternative gift, or transfer the Prize to someone else? Can I request to collect the prize elsewhere?
If any Winner fails to redeem the Prize within redemption period, the Winner will be deemed to have given up his/her Prize and his/her rights to redeem it. The Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the unredeemed Prize upon the end of the Redemption Period. All Prizes are non-transferable, and no winner is permitted to request any alternative gift or payment of cash in substitution of his/her Prize. All prizes shall be redeemed at the designated location only.

Terms and Conditions of the Lucky Draw
LINK Vaccination Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions: 

1.	LINK Vaccination Lucky Draw (the “Activity”) is organised by Link Asset Management Limited (“the Organiser”). By participating in the Activity, participants are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions;

Registration 

2.	The Activity will be opened for registration from 1 September 2021 to 24 October 2021, 11:59pm (Hong Kong Time) (the “Registration Period”);
3.	All eligible participants of the Activity must be (i) Hong Kong residents holding a valid Hong Kong Identity Card;  (ii) aged 18 or above on the registration day; and (iii) have received two doses* of the COVID-19 vaccine in Hong Kong under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme implemented by the Hong Kong SAR Government on or before the day of registration. The Organiser has the sole and absolute discretion in, according to the relevant clauses in this Terms and Conditions, determining whether any individual is an Eligible Participant, and the decision of the Organiser shall be final and binding;

4.	Eligible participants are required to register at https://vaccinationluckydraw.linkhk.com/ (the “Lucky Draw Website”) within the Registration Period and provide below information: (i) English full name on Hong Kong Identity Card; (ii) Hong Kong mobile phone number; (iii) Prize District (Hong Kong / Kowloon / New Territories); and (iv) declare and confirm that he/she is aged 18 or above and all filled personal information is accurate and complete, and has received two doses* of the COVID-19 vaccine in Hong Kong under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme implemented by the Hong Kong SAR Government, in order to register successfully. Eligible Participants will be disqualified if any personal data provided is inaccurate, incomplete or insufficient;

5.	Staff members of the Organiser and their respective subsidiaries, associated and related companies are all eligible to participate in the Lucky Draws;
6.	Upon successful registration, each Eligible Participant may get one Lucky Draw chance. Any duplicated registration will be disregarded;

Announcements of the Results

8.	All Winners will be drawn randomly by the computer system, and the lucky draw will be witnessed by a representative of externally qualified audit firm. In this regard, the Winner list shall be final and conclusive. Nevertheless, Winner will be declared ineligible to win if is found to be not completing two doses* of COVID-19 vaccines on or before the day of registration after verifying with his/her vaccination record; or found to be ineligible due to any other reasons set out in this Terms and Conditions. He/she will be disqualified from winning in the Lucky Draw without further notice; 
*For persons previously infected with COVID-19, they will be eligible after having received one dose of COVID-19 vaccine with the same conditions.
9.	Lucky Draw results will be announced on the Lucky Draw Website on 29 October 2021, and all the results will be published in The Standard and Sing Tao Daily on 5 November 2021; 

Prize Redemption

10.	Winner will be notified individually by SMS via the registered mobile number from 29 October 2021 onwards. Winner are required to collect the Prize in person between 8 – 30 November 2021 (“Redemption Period”) at designated location within appointed time and date according to the SMS notification by providing below documents or proofs: (i) SMS notification, (ii) original Hong Kong Identity Card; and (iii) the original hardcopy and/or electronic record of his/her COVID-19 vaccination issued by the Department of Health of the Hong Kong SAR Government for the sole purpose of verification. Winner’ English full name on the Hong Kong Identity Card provided by the Winner must be consistent with the registered information. He/She must be aged 18 or above and have received two doses* of the COVID-19 in Hong Kong under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme implemented by the Hong Kong SAR Government on or before the day of registration. Otherwise, the Organiser has the right to disqualify the Winner immediately;

11.	Winner must attend to the designated location as advised in the SMS notification to collect their Prize. No change to the Prize collection location is allowed;
12.	If Winner cannot collect the Prize in person, Winner can authorize a representative to collect the Prize on behalf of the Winner. The authorized representative is required to provide (i) his/her original Hong Kong Identity Card, (ii) the authorization letter signed by the Winner in person, (iii) a copy of the Winner’s Hong Kong Identity Card, and (iv) the copy of the Winner’s COVID-19 vaccination record issued by the Department of Health of the Hong Kong SAR Government for verification;
13.	In the event that the Organiser fails to contact the Winner or the Winner fails to show up in person to collect the Prize at the designated venue within Redemption Period or fails to provide required documents for verification of Prize collection after receiving the notification, Winner will be considered to relinquish the right to redeem the Prize; The Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the unredeemed Prize upon the end of the Redemption Period;
14.	If multiple registration applied by the same participant, only the first registration of the personal information will be counted. All eligible participants cannot win more than one prize during the entire Activity period;
15.	All information provided by participants on the Lucky Draw Website cannot be changed after registration. Any duplicated, faulty and incomplete information will result in disqualification. If participants cannot receive the notification of Prize collection due to any fake, incomplete or incorrect information provided, the Organiser shall not take any responsibilities and/or compensation;

16.	All personal data collected will be used for the purposes stated in the Personal Information Collection Statement. General 

17.	None of the parties involved in the Lucky Draw Activity (including without limitation, the Organiser, and their respective group companies, associates, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents and advisers) shall have any liability or obligation for any damages, losses, claims, liabilities, deaths, medical conditions, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by the Eligible Participants or any other persons as a result of their COVID-19 vaccination or entry to or stay in Hong Kong or participation in or winning of the Lucky Draw, other than such fees and costs;
18.	The Organizer shall not be held any legal liable and/or compensation for any delay, errors, omissions, illegibility, network interruption, etc. related to the Lucky Draw Website and failure to register for the Activity or if the information is lost or damaged provided by the participant, no objection is allowed;
19.	Prize cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, exchange, exchange to cash or refunded. The use of the Prize are subject to certain and specific terms and conditions by Prize suppliers.;
20.	The Organiser is not the supplier of the Prize, should there be any concerns, enquiries, and / or follow up action required, the supplier of the Prize shall take full responsibility, the Organiser take no liabilities and responsible for any losses;
21.	For enquiries, participants can call 2122-9000 on Monday to Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 8 p.m. within the Activity period;
22.	In case of any fraud or abuse, the participant/winner will be disqualified and Prize will be forfeited immediately; 
23.	The Lucky Draw is held within Hong Kong. These terms and conditions are in accordance with the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong;
24.	Winner agrees the Organiser to make use of his/her photos or videos taken during their participant of the Activity for future marketing promotion use related to this Activity;
25.	Potential Participants are advised to consult their doctors and seek medical advice as to whether to receive any of the COVID-19 vaccinations. They shall have sole responsibility for such decisions;
26.	In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail; 
27.	In case of disputes, the decision of the Organiser shall be final;

Collection – Why We Collect Your Data

2.	Identifying the eligibility of the participants and winners;

4.	for making disclosure so required by law, regulation, or court order of any jurisdiction and / or so requested by any government, regulatory or law enforcement authority or administrative organization within or outside Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;

Transfer of Your Personal Data

User’s personal data will be kept secret, but we may transfer or disclose such personal data to Hong Kong SAR Government for verifying User’s vaccination record on a need-to-know basis. We may also transfer or disclose such personal data to our contractors under a duty of confidentiality to us who provide administrative, telecommunications, computer, data processing or other services to us in connection with management, operation and maintenance of the system with the purpose of personal data collection.
1. any person under a duty of confidentiality to us or who has undertaken to keep your personal information/data confidential and use them in strict compliance with the requirements of the PDPO (including but not limited to accountants, legal advisors and other advisors);
2. those parties who consider it necessary to do so in order to protect and defend our rights and property, comply with applicable laws, regulations, including but not limited to judicial proceedings, court orders, or legal services;
3. any government, law enforcement authority or administrative organization; and
4. any person to whom we are under an obligation under law to make disclosure.

Personal Data Security

We strive at all times to ensure that your personal data will be protected against unauthorized or accidental access, processing, erasure or other use. We have implemented appropriate physical, electronic and managerial measures to safeguard and secure your personal data.
Retention of Data
We will keep your personal data for such reasonable period of times as may be necessary for carrying out the purposes for which the personal data was collected or comply with the relevant rules, regulations and laws of Hong Kong.  Personal data which is no longer required will be destroyed within 30 days after the Programme is completed.
Data Security
Your personal data will be kept in the office of Link Asset Management or by the service providers engaged by Link Asset Management is accessible only to our authorized employees and service providers/contractors. 

Data Access/Correction Requests

Under the PDPO, any individual has the right to request access to and correction of his or her personal data held by us.  In accordance with the terms of the PDPO, Link Asset Management has the right to charge a reasonable fee for the processing of any data access request.
